I was just thinking about time and how it is so strange, scary even. I know that time zones are logical and you sleeping while I’m waking works because of the rotating globe we live in and how we’re facing the sun. Light years away. (I totally don’t get light years.) And then I was thinking how it freaks me out to think about sleeping through time; time passing by and you’re in it but not aware of it. And how dreams happen during that time, and we can’t control those at all but boy are they real. In a sense. It seems freaky. And then I remembered having this conversation with you, the dream parts and scared to sleep because of time, and I cannot remember if you were the scared one or if I was. And I guess that’s just a true friendship — when the words could have been spoken by either of us, because for fleeting, yet firm, moments in time, we shared life as one. I am so thankful you are my friend.

I just cannot listen to this song enough. Snap, sway, summer. It’s all here. Sleigh Bells: “Rill Rill.”
I miss summer, MTN style
British folk, what could be better? Mumford’s Sons. So into them. I don’t even know which song to link you to, just listen to it all, and think of me.
Baller video, song and city (NY, duh). Watch the trailer for How To Make It In America…makes me think of you and Nic!
for you.
